Terms & Conditions

You are welcome to cancel/amend your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Most of our products are individually handmade by us therefore each piece and design may slightly vary from the item ordered. This will usually only be on small details like layout of hand-stamping or size of lettering used. The majority of our products are not mass produced or machine finished therefore small flaws and imperfections may occur and are all a part of their charm. However, we take great care in our attention to detail and finish and are proud of each and every piece that leaves us. If you feel that something isn't quite as ordered or isn't finished to the quality you were expecting please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact page. We will be more than happy to help you.

Please note we do not accept returns on personalised items unless there is a fault. Custom-made/personalised items are exempt from the consumer regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will endeavor to help and rectify this for you. We also cannot accept return of any earrings due to health & hygiene reasons. Please be sure before buying that the person has their ears pierced and that they will be suitable. On all other jewellery we will happily accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase as long as they are returned in good, un-worn condition. Please be sure to include your name and order number found on your order e-mail with all returned goods. Returns can be sent to our return address- 8 Navigation Drive, Glen Parva, Leics, LE2 9TB. (or contact us on 0116 283 2465) For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return. A full refund will be given as soon as we recieve the goods. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Bespoke Orders

If you have an occasion or gift in mind but cant quite find what your looking for OR if you like the look of two different designs and want us to create a completely bespoke piece we would be more than happy to help! Just contact us via our contact page with a brief description of what your after and we'll aim to get straight back to you. Some of our most popular designs were made and created by customers just like you coming to us needing help with special gifts and being able to offer that personalised service is what got us here today.

We currently only accept payment through PayPal. As a small company just setting up online we find this to be the safest and easiest payment method for both us and our customers. Please note if you do not have a PayPal account it is still really easy to make a payment to us. Just go to the checkout as normal and you will be able to make a PayPal payment as a 'guest' by entering your card and security details as normal.

Orders are usually sent by 1st class Royal Mail and charged at a flat rate of £3.00. Orders over £35.00 are not charged postage.

We aim to SEND OUT all orders within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class post. We usually send out orders within a day or so but please be aware that most of our jewellery is handmade to order and also depending on the postal service we do ask you to allow 1-2 days from receiving your dispatch email for your order to actually arrive. Occasionally during busy periods we have to extend our turnaround time to 7-10 days but we will always try to update our page to make customers aware before placing any orders. Orders placed on a weekend/bank holiday will be processed the next working day. This may affect our 2-5 day turnaround time. If your order is needed sooner please contact us or leave a note in the checkout section and we will do everything we can to get your order out ASAP.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inform us as soon as possible of any faults or damaged items and we will aim to get a replacement sent out to you, however we will need the faulty/damaged goods returning before this is done. Please note that a replacement will only be issued on faulty goods within a 3 month period where natural 'wear and tear' haven't taken place. However, we are always happy to help and even on these occasions where the product cannot be replaced we may be able to offer a repair for a small charge.

Jewellery Care Guide

We want you to wear and enjoy your jewellery however it is not invincible. Small scratches and dullness will occur over time with Sterling Silver. Avoid wearing your jewellery to bed, in the bath, shower or swimming pool as the water can cause it to discolour. Store your jewellery away from the sun and be careful not to allow perfumes, make up, fake tan, body and sun creams to touch your pieces as these can cause tarnishing. Sterling Silver can be buffed up and polished with a Silver polishing cloth.
